Do I have to use your hosting?
As part of all our web packages, we include 12 months of premium hosting on UK-based servers. However, if you have your own host that you would prefer, that’s fine, and we’re happy to migrate your completed site across.
Are there additional monthly costs?
At Buzz Panda, we do not charge monthly fees once your website is complete. In addition, after the first 12 months (where many services are included), we offer flexible maintenance and management packages, so you only pay for what you need – here for you as little or as often as you require.
How does the email work?
With each package, you will receive one professional email address. This is typically a contact@yourbusinessname.com. If you already have emails that use your domain name, we will back these up and move them to our servers along with your website so everything is in one secure location.
How long does a new website build take?
Once we have all the content for the site, the build will take approximately three weeks. Of course, this depends on the site’s size and complexity, as we want to ensure we get everything just right and functioning perfectly.
