The client, a hand surgeon, came to us with a need for a website redesign. Their current website was outdated and was not ranking for many of the keywords they wanted to target. In addition, the website did not accurately reflect the modern branding and image that the client wanted to present to potential patients.
To address these issues, we provided the client with a new logo and color scheme, incorporating an image of a hand to reflect the client’s area of expertise. We also built a page on the website for each hand condition that the client treated, providing information about the condition, its treatment, and frequently asked questions about the surgery or treatment.
One of the client’s main requests was to integrate their reviews from Doctify onto the website, as well as provide a way for patients to leave their own reviews. We were able to successfully integrate these features, allowing potential patients to see the level of satisfaction previous patients had with the client’s services.
The client also wanted the website to include a map showing the locations of their clinics, as well as a separate section specifically for healthcare professionals to refer patients. We were able to incorporate both of these features into the website design, making it easy for potential patients to find the nearest clinic and for healthcare professionals to refer patients to the client.
Bespoke Graphic Design
One of the unique challenges of this website redesign project was the need to design bespoke icons for each of the hand and wrist conditions that the client treated. These icons needed to accurately represent how each condition affected the hand, and be in line with the new branding and color scheme that we had developed for the client.
